How often will you come out?

We provide up to 15 hours of on-site service per week, available Monday through Friday in 3-hour service blocks per day. You decide when you need us!

Are parts & emergency repairs included?

Preventative maintenance is included, but emergency repairs and parts are billed separately. You’ll always be notified before any additional costs are incurred.

Is travel included?

Yes! Travel time counts toward your 15-hour weekly limit.
For example, if you're 30 minutes away, that travel time counts as 30 minutes of your 15 hours.

Want unlimited travel instead? For an additional $1,250/month, your travel costs are fully covered—so you’ll never have to worry about per-hour travel charges, no matter how often we come out.
